1. Information We Collect
- Profile information you provide (display name, handicap)
- Optional payment handles you add for settling bets with other players (Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or a phone number/email for Zelle)
- Gameplay data (scores, bets, presses, skins, settlements)
- Purchase and entitlement data from Apple, Google, and RevenueCat when you make an in-app purchase (which premium features you’ve unlocked) – we do not receive, process, or store your payment card, bank, or other financial account information; that is collected and held solely by Apple or Google
- Device information
- Optional analytics data
2. How We Use Information
- To operate the App
- To provide scoring, bet tracking, and settlement features
- To unlock and track purchased premium features
- To improve performance and user experience

3. Data Storage
Gameplay and account data is stored securely using Firebase. Purchase and entitlement data is managed by RevenueCat and synced to Firebase so the App can reflect which features you’ve unlocked.
4. Sharing
We do not sell user data. Data may be shared with service providers strictly for App functionality, including Firebase (data storage), RevenueCat (purchase and entitlement management), and Apple or Google (processing in-app purchases).
5. Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect user data.
6. User Rights
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data. Account and data deletion is also available directly in the App, from the Profile screen.

1. Overview
Then Press Me (“the App”) is owned and operated by Apex Approach Advisory LLC (“Apex,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms govern your use of the App and related services, including any in-app purchases described below.
2. Description of Service
Then Press Me provides digital tools for golfers to track wagers, presses, skins, scoring, settlements, leaderboards, and performance history. The App facilitates peer-to-peer tracking and settlement of wagers between players; Apex does not act as a bank, escrow agent, payment processor, or money transmitter, does not hold or custody user funds, and is not a party to any wager. All settlement of funds between players occurs directly between those players, outside the App, using whatever method they choose. The App also offers optional in-app purchases that unlock additional features, described in Section 3 below.
3. In-App Purchases
The App offers the following optional, one-time purchases, available through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, each of which unlocks a specific premium bet format for the purchasing player going forward:
- Team Cup Match
- Wolf
- Unlimited Nassau Presses
- Everything (a bundle covering all of the above)
These are one-time purchases that do not expire, renew, or recur. Apex may offer additional optional purchases or subscriptions in the future; their terms, including any renewal or cancellation terms, will be presented in the App at the time of purchase.
Payment Processing. All purchases are billed and processed exclusively by Apple or Google (as applicable) through their respective in-app purchase systems. Apex does not receive, process, or store your payment card, bank, or other financial account information in connection with these purchases; that information is collected and held solely by Apple or Google under their own terms and privacy policies.
Refunds. All refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies; Apex does not process refunds directly.
Entitlements. Purchases are managed using RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service, which verifies purchases made through Apple and Google and communicates entitlement status (i.e., which features you have unlocked) to the App.
No Money Held or Transmitted. In-app purchases relate solely to unlocking digital features within the App. They are separate and distinct from any wagers, presses, skins, or other stakes tracked between players, and from the peer-to-peer settlement of those wagers described in Section 2. Apex does not receive, hold, or transmit any funds wagered between players, whether or not a user has purchased in-app features.
4. Not a Gambling Platform
The App is a scorekeeping and tracking tool only. It does not facilitate, process, accept, host, or take any fee or share of any wager, and Apex does not operate, offer, or provide any betting, gambling, or gaming service. Apex sets no odds, takes no vig or commission on any wager, and has no financial interest in the outcome of any wager, round, or bet tracked in the App. Any wagers that players choose to make between themselves are private arrangements made solely between those players, entered into at their own discretion and risk. Users are solely responsible for determining whether wagering among themselves is lawful in their jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable law. Apex does not review, approve, or endorse any wager and disclaims all responsibility for the legality of wagers made between users.
5. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use the App. Making in-app purchases may also require you to meet the minimum age and other requirements set by Apple or Google for purchases on their platforms.
6. User Accounts
Users may create accounts using email or third-party authentication. You are responsible for maintaining account security.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, code, features, and branding within Then Press Me are the exclusive property of Apex Approach Advisory LLC.
8. User Content
You retain rights to any content you input (scores, bets, notes). You grant Apex a license to store and display this content within the App.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the App. You may not circumvent or attempt to circumvent the App’s in-app purchase or entitlement systems, including by falsifying purchase or entitlement data.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Apex is not responsible for financial disputes between players, for the legality of any wager made between players, and is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of Apple, Google, or RevenueCat in connection with in-app purchases.
11. Limitation of Liability
Apex is not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from use of the App, including losses or disputes arising from wagers between players, in-app purchases, or the loss of access to purchased features.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Michigan.
